Op 16 april 2011 heb ik in het Gerrit Rietveld Paviljoen de eerste Marc van Dijk Dag georganiseerd. Tot nu toe is het bij die ene dag gebleven.
Korte sfeerimpressie van door Lodewijk Dros en mij gepresenteerde talkshow tijdens de eerste Marc van Dijk Dag. Te gast waren wethouder Marc van Dijk, bioloog Marc van Dijk en socioloog Marc van Dijk. Met name de afwezigheid van de andere Mark van Dijks (de Marks met een K) maakte de verzamelde Marc van Dijks eensgezind: die hoorden er toch niet echt bij.

In particular, the absence of the other Mark van Dijks (the Marks with a K) made the Marc van Dijks united: they wouldn’t be part of the family anyway.
